Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and have authority to create or administer a workspace. Workspace owners control invitations, roles, connected providers, and the customer data placed in the service.
Subscriptions and payment
Plan prices, intervals, trials, limits, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and any grace period are shown before purchase and stored in centralized plan configuration. Provider processing fees are separate unless expressly stated. Production refund and governing-law terms require final legal approval.
Your data
You retain rights in data you submit and authorize us to process it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store customer, vehicle, media, and communication-consent records.
Connected services
Payment, storage, email, SMS, calendar, accounting, maps, and other providers are optional. You are responsible for their accounts, credentials, fees, and applicable terms. An integration shown as unconfigured is not represented as production-ready.
Service and warranty limits
Software can reduce operational gaps but cannot guarantee revenue, bookings, damage-free detailing, delivery of third-party messages, or uninterrupted provider availability. Final warranty, liability, indemnity, dispute, and jurisdiction language requires counsel.
Termination and export
You may request cancellation, export, or deletion subject to the plan and legally required retention. We may restrict access for security, abuse, nonpayment, or legal reasons and will document production notice and cure periods before launch.
